Cancellation
This policy applies to ReviewStamp supplied by Rooster Consulting. If you have an annual paid subscription, ordinary cancellation stops the next renewal and normally leaves access available until the paid period ends. A refund, payment reversal or other valid termination may end paid access sooner.
Uninstalling ReviewStamp, deleting a local project or removing an organization folder profile does not cancel a subscription. The separate ongoing free version is not a paid trial and does not automatically create a subscription.
Paddle purchases
If Paddle billed you, use the subscription-management link in your confirmation email or visit Paddle payment support to cancel. Submit refund or statutory withdrawal requests separately through that support route or the link in your receipt.
Paddle handles payment refunds under its Buyer Terms and Refund Policy, including applicable country-specific rights and time limits. Use the policy that applied to your transaction and request help promptly. Cancellation alone is not a refund request.
App-store purchases
For a Google Play purchase, use Google Play’s subscription cancellation instructions and refund process. Use the Google account associated with the purchase. For another store, follow the provider identified on the receipt. A purchase made outside a store must be managed with the provider that billed it.
Refunds and mandatory rights
Rooster Consulting does not offer an additional unconditional money-back guarantee. This does not limit any refund or withdrawal entitlement under the applicable provider policy or law, including rights for faulty, misdescribed, unfit or undelivered products. Mandatory consumer rights take priority over this policy and the Terms & Conditions.
Subscription expiry alone does not authorize deletion of project files you control. Keep independent backups; some paid editing or export functions may require an active entitlement.
Help locating your purchase
Contact support@reviewstampapp.com with your billing provider and purchase reference if you need help finding the correct route. Do not send passwords or full payment-card details. Information you share is handled under our Privacy Policy.
Sandbox transactions are tests and involve no real payment.
