ReviewStamp construction review and reporting

ReviewStamp, construction review from drawing to report, shown beside a tablet with an architectural plan

Built for licensed engineers and design professionals conducting periodic site review.

Professional site review

Built for multidisciplinary periodic site review

ReviewStamp supports licensed engineers and other design professionals across architectural, civil, electrical, mechanical, structural, and site disciplines in documenting periodic general reviews, deficiencies, and written field reports. It is designed to support the practitioner's Ontario Building Code and professional obligations; it does not replace the required scope of review or professional judgment.

Drawing to report

A direct path through field review

ReviewStamp keeps the source drawing, observation, evidence, and report output connected so the record stays understandable as work progresses.

ReviewStamp drawing register and project-document workflow

Key capabilities

Automated structure, without losing professional control

ReviewStamp automates the structure of a site-review record through configurable numbering, status-driven items, and consolidated evidence. The practitioner remains in control of observations, professional judgment, and the issued report.

Configurable automatic numbering

Configure the numbering format once, then automatically assign and advance project, report, and item numbers while omitting unused segments.

Automatic naming on import

Read imported drawings and specifications, propose document numbers and titles, and confirm the results in a focused verification screen.

Status-driven records

Track open, closed, deficiency, and other review states with recognizable pin borders and a matching report legend.

Consolidated evidence

Keep the observation, drawing location, drawing excerpt, photographs, captions, markups, and disposition together as one item.

Automated report layout

Place photographs and centred drawing excerpts consistently while keeping report pins readable at a fixed printed size.

Custom report presentation

Control report identity, terminology, header details, logo alignment, and other project-specific presentation choices.

Word and PDF output

Generate a structured Word report for office completion and issue a PDF when the record is ready for distribution.

Reusable contact import

Import Outlook, Android, Apple, Google, and other contact exports into the firm and contact database to reduce repeated project entry.

Local-first by design

Your project record stays under your control

ReviewStamp runs on the user's device and does not place drawings, reports, specifications, or project photos into a ReviewStamp cloud account.

Prepare the project and load drawings, specifications, shops, change documents, and contacts in the office. Transfer the project package to Android for field access and capture, then return the field package to Windows to finalize the Word or PDF report.

Import contacts from common contact applications into the reusable firm and contact database, then select those records during project setup instead of entering them again.
