Organize drawings, specifications, shop drawings and change documents in the project register. Open supporting PDFs from an item and highlight relevant passages while keeping the source and report context connected.

Keep reusable project photos and drawing-linked photo logs separate from numbered report observations. Select the evidence you need when an observation is ready for the report.
AI assistance under your control
Prepare a Word draft for your chosen external AI service, then compare matched suggestions with the existing text. Approve only the wording or caption changes you want; sharing is manual and nothing is accepted automatically.
Individual and combined Word reports
Generate editable reports with photos, captions, drawing excerpts, status legends and firm presentation on Windows. Review individual disciplines or combine them, then finalize and export PDF through Word.
Verified documents and consistent numbering
Verify proposed drawing numbers and titles after import. Use configurable project, report and item numbering while keeping issued references intact.
Reusable firms and contacts
Maintain the Windows contact database and reuse firm details in project setup and distribution lists. Project contacts remain available in the field transfer package.

Keep project and report files in your chosen local or company storage. Use deliberate project packages for office-to-field transfers; ReviewStamp does not create a project cloud account.
Local-first by design
Your project record stays under your control
ReviewStamp runs on the user's device and does not place drawings, reports, specifications, or project photos into a ReviewStamp cloud account.
Prepare the project and load drawings, specifications, shops, change documents, and contacts in the office. Transfer the project package to Android for field access and capture, then return the field package to Windows for report production. Finalize the editable Word report there and export PDF through Word when required.
Project packages are deliberate transfers, not automatic cross-device synchronization. Your own approved storage service can carry them between devices. The AI Integration Tool has no embedded AI or automatic upload: you decide what to share with an external service and remain responsible for checking its suggestions.
