Overview
ReviewStamp is developed by Rooster Consulting in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how information is handled by the ReviewStamp website and application.
Local project information
ReviewStamp is designed as a local-first application. Drawings, specifications, observations, photos, contacts, signatures, and generated reports are stored on the user's device or in a location selected and controlled by the user. ReviewStamp does not operate a cloud repository for this project content.
Users control any export, project-package transfer, backup, email, or sharing of their project information. Their organization's storage and sharing policies apply to those actions.
Device permissions
ReviewStamp may request access to the camera, microphone, photos, and files when a user chooses a feature that needs that access. These permissions support field photos, dictated notes, imports, exports, and project-package transfer. Permission can be denied or changed through device settings, although related features may then be unavailable.
Website information
This website does not currently provide user accounts, advertising, behavioral tracking, or an online contact form. The hosting and security providers may process basic technical logs such as request time, browser information, and network address to operate and protect the site.
Purchases and licensing
When ReviewStamp becomes available through Google Play, Google will process purchase and payment information under Google's policies. ReviewStamp may receive purchase status or entitlement information needed to activate and restore paid features. It does not receive complete payment-card details from Google Play.
Retention and protection
Users are responsible for retaining and backing up local project information. Business correspondence is retained only as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, maintain records, and meet legal obligations.
Children
ReviewStamp is a professional construction-review tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
This policy may be updated as ReviewStamp's distribution and licensing services develop. The effective date above will be revised when material changes are made.
