Overview
ReviewStamp is developed by Rooster Consulting in Ontario, Canada. This policy explains how information is handled by the website, application and support channels, and distinguishes current processing from planned paid services.
Local project information
ReviewStamp is local-first. Drawings, specifications, observations, photos, contacts, signatures and generated reports are stored on your device or in a location you select and control. ReviewStamp does not operate a cloud repository for this project content.
You control exports, deliberate project-package transfers, backups, email and sharing. Autosave does not automatically synchronize devices. Your organization’s storage and sharing policies apply. A cloud folder you choose is operated by that storage provider under its own privacy terms.
Device permissions and optional AI
ReviewStamp may request camera, microphone, photo or file access when you choose a feature that needs it, such as field photos, dictated notes, imports, exports or project transfers. You can deny or change permissions in device settings; related functions may then be unavailable. Operating-system and speech services you choose have their own privacy practices.
The optional AI Integration Tool prepares material for an external AI service you choose. ReviewStamp does not embed AI or automatically upload that material. If you send a draft, photograph or other content to a provider, its terms and privacy notice apply. Share only authorized information and review its suggestions.
Website and launch-list information
This website does not provide user accounts or behavioral advertising. You may voluntarily give your name and email address, consent to join the launch list and indicate beta-testing interest. We use this information for ReviewStamp availability updates, testing opportunities and release announcements. We do not sell launch-list information.
The website records your consent text and version, subscription status, signup source, beta preference and creation or update times. Hosting and security providers may process basic technical logs, such as request time, browser information and network address, to operate and protect the site. The launch list is separate from a paid subscription or product account.
Support correspondence
If you email us, we receive your contact details, message and any attachments you choose to send. We use these to respond, investigate problems, provide support and maintain necessary business records. Email and hosting providers process information to deliver those services.
Do not send passwords, full card details or unnecessary confidential project content. Send project files only when support requests them and you are authorized to disclose them. Support correspondence is separate from automatic collection of your local project records.
Payments and entitlement services
Live purchasing is not enabled on this website. Paddle and RevenueCat are configured for payment and entitlement testing only; this website does not currently activate or restore Pro access or provide an organization licensing account. A test transaction does not establish a live purchase.
If you participate in an enabled payment or entitlement test, providers may process test user identifiers, product identifiers, purchase references, subscription or entitlement status and related device or technical information needed for that test. Processing depends on the integration enabled for it and is separate from storing your drawings, photographs and reports.
For a purchase made through Paddle when available, Paddle acts as merchant of record and processes payment information under its Privacy Notice. For a purchase made through Google Play or another app store, that store processes the transaction under its own policies. Rooster Consulting does not receive complete payment-card details from those providers.
RevenueCat is the planned subscription and entitlement-management provider. Where an integration is enabled, identifiers, purchase references, status and relevant technical information may be used to verify, restore or reconcile paid access and prevent misuse. Its Privacy Policy describes its services; we remain the contact for requests about information we send to it. We will update this notice when production processing changes.
Retention, protection and unsubscribe
You and your organization control retention, access and backups of local project information. We retain business correspondence only as reasonably necessary to respond, provide support, maintain records and meet legal obligations.
Launch-list information is used during beta and the release-notification period, or until you withdraw your consent. You may unsubscribe online at any time or request deletion at privacy@reviewstampapp.com. Unsubscribing marks your address as unsubscribed so launch messages stop; it does not immediately erase the database record. Limited consent and suppression records may be retained as reasonably necessary to honor your choice, document consent or meet legal obligations. Unsubscribing from the launch list does not cancel a paid subscription with a billing provider.
Your privacy requests
Contact privacy@reviewstampapp.com to ask about access, correction, withdrawal of consent or deletion of information held by Rooster Consulting, subject to applicable law and necessary recordkeeping. We may need reasonable information to verify a request; do not email passwords or full payment-card details.
We cannot directly erase project files in folders controlled by you or your organization, or independently held payment-provider records. A provider may need to handle a request about its own records. Hosting, email, payment and entitlement providers may process information in countries other than your own; their notices explain their practices. Contact us with questions about our use of those services.
Children
ReviewStamp is a professional construction-review tool and is not directed to children under 13.
Changes and contact
This policy may change as distribution and licensing services develop. The effective date will be revised for material changes, with notice or consent where required by law. Privacy questions may be sent to privacy@reviewstampapp.com.
